Online coaching isn't your thing because you want a coach with you in-person checking your form/technique, motivating you and guiding you, whether you are a beginner or a pro. If this fits your budget then why not? You can training individually or in a group of maximum 3 people 

What will this program include?

  • Initial 1 on 1 consultation at a place of your choosing

  • In-depth fitness assessment to understand your current strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility levels

  • 3 or 6 sessions a week depending on your requirement and Coach's slot availability

  • Nutrition Plan customized to suit your lifestyle, fitness goals, meal preferences and current health status 

  • Goals achieved if consistent with the sessions
