Online Personal Training 

Living during a pandemic has become dull for most of us and fitness has become the need of the hour.  Just because you are at home doesn't mean you can't hire a coach to train your personally. Keerthan has started to coach people personally through video calls (on Zoom and Google Meet)

What will this program include?

  • 12 sessions with a validity of 30 days 

  • First session will be in-depth fitness assessment to test for mobility, flexibility, strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance (stamina) 

  • Customized exercise plan will be designed based on the assessment and Keerthan will coach you via video call 

  • A Basic Nutrition Plan or general dietary guidelines will be shared as a complimentary offering 

  • A video of the routine for each session will be shared on whatsapp (if not using equipment only)
